Planning for resort and convention venues.
If your event is at a hotel, resort, convention venue, or private club, share the venue’s vendor instructions early. Loading arrangements, security check-in, parking, service elevators, and approved arrival windows can all affect the setup plan.
Ask your coordinator which spaces permit a rolling demonstration and where guests may enjoy cigars. Do not assume that permission in one area applies to the entire property.
For a corporate or sponsor event, discuss branding requests and the expected peaks in guest traffic. A station at the start of a reception may need a different plan from one that guests visit throughout the evening.
Patios, golf outings, and outdoor celebrations.
For outdoor settings, confirm shade, lighting after sunset, wind protection, and a suitable backup location. Share the station’s distance from the arrival point and any restrictions on vendor vehicles.
For golf hospitality, explain whether the station will be part of registration, a sponsor area, the clubhouse reception, or the awards celebration. The timing helps shape service hours and guest flow.
What to include in your Las Vegas inquiry.
Send your date, exact venue or area, adult guest count, service window, and event type. Mention any custom-band ideas and vendor requirements already provided by the venue.
Your quote is based on the agreed cigar quantity, staffing, service time, travel, and logistics. Read our pricing and planning guide for the questions to ask before booking.
Areas shown are inquiry destinations, not office locations. Staffing, travel, and availability are confirmed individually.
